The 2025 ELRIG.de meeting will take place in Darmstadt in the heart of Germany. Experts from the pharma- and biotech labs will meet users and academic researchers in the field. Automation and digitalization revolution work in modern labs. The new buzzwords AI and ML are omnipresent. Authorities are pushing towards FAIR data. How can we apply the emerging technologies in the lab? What do we need to do with it? Starting with acquisition of all available data then processing by scientific equipment and software leading to audit trails. We must understand all data in its context and feed it into other data processing software. How can we integrate automation and data in one step? These are some of the questions discussed, and will result in first answers presented at the ELRIG.de 2025 meeting.
